From now on, tax advisors can litigate digitally at all courts

Type: Legislation

Citizens, organizations, and legal experts including tax consultants and attorneys can now litigate digitally in all national tax issues. Through the secure web portal Mijn Rechtspraak, state tax matters, both new and ongoing, are subject to digital litigation. Later this year, digital litigation is anticipated in all courts.

Litigation parties and representatives log in via Mijn Rechtspraak with DigiD (citizens); eHerkenning (organisations, tax advisers, and other legal professionals), or with the Advocatenpas (lawyers).

Effective date: 30 January 2023
