Release of New E-invoicing Logical Structure in Poland

Poland’s government has introduced a fresh edition of the e-invoicing logical structure, FA(2). 

Key Date: 

The commencement of this updated framework in production is planned for September 1, 2023. 

Implications: 

It’s crucial for Polish taxpayers to initiate the modification of their IT systems to conform to this new structure. Preparing now will ensure seamless compliance with the impending e-invoicing regulations.
