Peru Digitalizes Electronic Invoice Factoring

In response to the COVID-19 Crisis, the Peruvian executive branch released plenty of decrees aimed at assisting struggling businesses. One of these was the January publication of the “Decreto de Urgencia N° 013-2020,” which established legislation for the settlement of electronic invoices through factoring.
