Belarus Foreign E-commerce Sellers VAT Update 2022

From June 1, 2022, non-residents selling goods to Belarussian consumers (B2C) from outside (‘distance selling’) will be required to register for VAT. The registration threshold for Value Added Tax is €10,000 in local sales per year. There is no local VAT registration threshold for other taxable supplies made by non-residents. 

Effective date: 1 June 2022
