New Classification of Products and Services & sending fiscal receipts in electronic form

The Sejm adopted some of the Senate’s amendments to the changes in income tax, VAT and tax regulations. It regards, among others for the use of the Polish Classification of Products and Services, issuing PIT-40A, sending fiscal receipts in electronic form. Most of the new regulations will come into force on July 1 this year. 

Effective date: July 2020
